Overview:

To filter the Call Log by date range, select the start and end dates to display calls within that period. This helps you quickly review specific call activities and track communication history more efficiently.

Filtering the Call Log by Date Range

Step 1: On your Dashboard, click on the Call Log tab under the Communications section.

Step 3: To filter your Call Log by date range, click on the Date Range dropdown menu.

Step 4: A pop-up window will appear, showing all the available date options to select from. You can choose to filter your calls within the last 7 days or by month.

Step 5: To filter your calls by date, select one of the available date options. The call history will update instantly.

Step 6: A Custom Date Range option is also available, allowing you to select a more specific date range. Click on it, and a pop-up window will appear.

Step 7: Once the window appears, you can select your preferred date to filter.
