Filtering the Call Log by Status

Overview: 
To filter the Call Log by status, select the desired status (e.g., completed, missed, or in-progress) to display relevant calls. This helps you quickly track call outcomes and manage follow-ups more efficiently.

Follow these steps to filter the Call Log by status:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, click on the Call Log tab under the Communications section.

Step 2: You will be navigated to the Call Log.

Step 3: To filter your Call Log by status, click on the Status dropdown menu.

Step 4: A pop-up window will appear, displaying all the available statuses you can choose from to filter the Call Log.

Step 5: Choose a status (e.g., Missed Calls) to filter the Call Log. Then, click it to proceed. 
Step 5: Select a status from the list—for example, Missed Calls. This will filter the Call Log to show only the calls that match the selected status. Once chosen, click on it to proceed.
Step 6: All new missed calls are displayed, helping you quickly identify unanswered calls and follow up to ensure no important communication is missed.

Step 7: Now, let’s clear the applied filter. To do this, click the X mark.

Step 8: This will clear the filters and display the full Call Log with all call activities.

Step 8: This will remove the filter settings and display the full Call Log again, allowing you to view all call activities without any restrictions.
