Filtering Contacts

Overview: 

To filter contacts, apply criteria such as name, tag, or status to display specific contacts. This helps you quickly find the information you need and manage your contacts more efficiently.

Follow these steps to filter contacts:

Step 1: On your dashboard, click the Contacts tab under the Customers section.

Step 4: A pop-up window will appear, where you can filter contacts by Date Range, Unread, Untouched, Notes with Reminders, Pipeline and Stage, Assigned To, and more. This feature helps you filter and view specific contacts based on defined criteria.

Step 5: Select a filter, such as Apply Tags. The total number of contacts matching the selected filter will be displayed below the filter options.

Step 6: Click the Search button to apply the selected filter and view the results.
