Overview:
The Insert Link feature allows you to quickly copy and share important links such as appointment pages, forms, funnels, products, and other resources directly within a conversation.
Follow the steps below to insert a link in the Messages module.
Step 1: Click on the Messages icon to go to the Messages module.
Step 2:Then click on the Insert Link icon just below the text message field.
Step 3: It will now show the links you can copy. These include the account Phone number, links to Appointment Types, Funnels, Forms, Products, Custom Links, and the Media Upload link.
Step 4: Select one, then click the Copy button.
Step 5: Then paste it into the text message field.
