Overview:
The Insert Shortcode feature allows you to add dynamic contact or account information into your messages automatically. This helps personalize communication without manually typing the details.
Follow the steps below to insert a shortcode in the Messages module.
Step 1: Click on the Messages icon to go to the Messages module.
Step 2: Then, click the Insert Shortcode icon below the text message field.
Step 3: A pop-up will appear. From here, you can choose a shortcode to use.
Step 4: Then, click the Insert button to add the shortcode to your message.
