Insert Media by Uploading a File

Overview:
The Insert Media feature allows you to upload files from your computer and send them directly within a conversation. This makes it easy to share images, documents, or other media with customers during messaging.

Follow the steps below to upload and insert media in the Messages module.

Step 1: Click on the Messages icon to go to the Messages module.

Step 2: Then click on the Insert Media icon just below the text message field.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Upload Files’ tab.

Step 4: From here, you can drag and drop your files or browse for files.

Step 5: Select a file from the upload menu.

Step 6: Then, click the Upload button to add the media link to your message.
