Insert Media Using Live Capture

Overview:
The Live Capture feature lets you record your screen, webcam, or both, and capture images directly in the Messages module. This makes it easy to visually explain information, demonstrate steps, or share quick recordings with customers.

Follow the steps below to capture and insert media using Live Capture in the Messages module.

Step 1: Click on the Messages icon to go to the Messages module.

Step 2: Then click on the Insert Media icon just below the text message field.

Step 3: Click on the “Live Capture” tab.
Click on the 'Live Capture' tab,
Step 4: From this screen, select whether to capture your screen, webcam, both screen and webcam, or a single webcam image.
From here, you will have options to live capture your screen, webcam, both screen and webcam, or just an image capture from your webcam.
Step 5:Click Screen Record to share a browser tab, window, or your entire screen. You can also choose to share system audio. Then click Share to add the media link to your message.
If you click on Screen Record, you will have options to share a specific browser tab, a window, or the entire screen. Select one, then you will have the optional choice to share the system audio as well. Click the Share button to add the media link to your message.
Step 6: If you click on Webcam Record.

Step 7: It will start recording the camera. Click Stop Recording when you are done, or Pause if needed. Then, click the Done button to add the media link to your message.

Step 8: If you click on Webcam and Screen Record.

Step 9:You will have the same options to share a specific browser tab, a window, or the entire screen. Select one, then click the Share button to start recording both your screen and your webcam.

Step 10: Click Stop Recording when you are done, or Pause if needed. Then, click the Done button to add the media link to your message. Remember that your webcam video will appear in the bottom-right corner of your screen recording.

Step 11:If you click on Live Image Capture,

Step 12:A pop-up will appear showing your live camera view. Take a snapshot, then click the Submit button.

Step 13: Then, click the Insert button to add the media link to your message.
