Manage the Actions Menu

Overview:
The Actions Menu in the Messages module allows you to perform various tasks related to a contact or conversation. From this menu, you can manage tags, schedule messages, send booking invites, and perform other customer-related actions.

Follow the steps below to manage the Actions menu in the Messages module.

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Messages tab under the Communications section.

Step 5: A pop-up window will appear. From here, you can open the customer modal, manage tags, and schedule emails, SMS, and appointments.

Step 6: Next is Send Booking Invite. From this section, you can instantly send a direct booking invite. You can also add your current customer to a campaign and Add A Note if needed.

Step 7: Inviting your current customer as a Partner is also available in this menu. You can share a Media Upload Link, call the customer, unsubscribe them from emails or SMS, and, lastly, delete the customer.
