Save a Message as a Template

Overview:
The Save as Template feature allows you to store commonly used messages so they can be reused later. This helps save time and maintain consistent responses when communicating with customers.

Follow the steps below to save a message as a template in the Messages module.

Step 1: Click on the Messages icon to go to the Messages module.

Step 3:Click on the ‘Save Message as Template’ icon next to the Send button.

Step 4: A pop-up will appear, where you can enter a title for your template and edit the message you typed earlier. From here, you can also add a booking invite link, media, links, shortcodes, or emojis.

Step 5: Below, you can select a location to save the template or create a new folder. Then, click Save Message to save your message as a template.
