Overview:
To save a Smart View in contacts, apply your preferred filters and save the view for quick access later. This helps you easily return to frequently used contact views and manage your workflow more efficiently.
Follow these steps to save a Smart View in contacts:
Step 1: Suppose you’ve already filtered your contacts and want to save this view for quick access in the future. The filters could be based on Date Range, Pipeline, Stage, Tags, or any other criteria you’ve applied.
Step 2: Go to Smart Views and click on it.
Step 3: A pop-up window will appear, showing a list of all your previously saved Smart Views for easy access.
Step 4: You can also edit or delete any existing saved Smart View if needed.
Step 5: You can edit or delete any saved Smart View as needed.
Step 6: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to configure your Smart View.
Step 7: Enter a name for your Smart View and select a color for a more professional appearance.
Step 8: Once everything is set up, click Done to save your new Smart View.
Step 9: You will see a pop-up notification confirming that the new Smart View has been successfully saved
Step 10: Your saved Smart View now appears in the list, letting you quickly access a customized or filtered view of your contacts without reapplying filters.
