How to Set Up Your Partner Program

Overview: 

The Partner Program in Deposyt allows you to turn your customers and network into a referral system by tracking promotions and managing commissions. It helps automate partner tracking, attribution, and payouts.

Follow the steps below to set up your Partner Program in the Messages module: 

Step 1: Enable the Partner Program

Navigate to the Partner / Affiliate section inside Deposyt.

From here:

• Turn the Partner Program ON
• Define who can join:
  • Invite-only
  • Open to customers
  • Open to anyone with a signup link

Best Practice:
Start with an invite-only setup to maintain quality, then expand once your system is optimized.

Step 2: Set Your Commission Structure

Deposyt allows you to define commissions globally and per product.

You can choose:

• Percentage-based (e.g., 20%)

You can also override commissions for:

• Specific products
• Specific partners
• Specific offers or funnels

Important:
Commissions are calculated based on the base product price only, excluding taxes, shipping, and fees.

Step 3: Choose What Can Be Promoted

Select which parts of your business partners can promote:

• Funnels/checkout pages
• Online store products
• Service bookings
• Subscriptions

You can allow all or limit promotion to specific offers.

Tip:
Start with 1–2 high-converting offers instead of enabling everything.

Step 4: Generate Partner Links

Each partner receives unique tracking links.

You can:

• Generate links for them
• Allow them to create their own
• Duplicate funnels or pages tied to that partner

These links track:

• Clicks
• Conversions
• Revenue

All activity is automatically tracked and attributed.

Step 5: Configure Payout Settings

Define how and when partners get paid:

• Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payouts
• Minimum payout thresholds
• Manual or automated payouts

Configure these recommended rules early:

• Refund handling (automatic adjustment or clawbacks)
• Commission eligibility (instant or after the refund window)

• People are already referring to you informally
