Sharing a Video Call Link with a Customer

Overview: 
The Share Video Call Link feature lets you send a video call link directly to a customer. This helps ensure the customer can easily join the meeting on time.

Follow these steps to share a video call link with a customer:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Sell Live tab under the Communications section.

Step 2: You will now see the list of video links. Search for the video link you want to share with a customer.

Step 3: Click on the ‘Copy Link’ button under the Customer Link column.

Step 4: You can now paste this link to send to a customer. You can do this in the Messages module by navigating to the Messages tab under the Communications section.

Step 5: Select a customer and paste the link.
