Sorting the Call Log

Overview: 

To sort the Call Log, choose criteria such as date, duration, or user to arrange the calls in your preferred order. This helps you quickly find specific calls and analyze call activity more efficiently.

Follow these steps to sort the Call Log:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, click on the Call Log tab under the Communications section.

Step 2: You will be navigated to the Call Log.

Step 3: To sort your call log, click on the Sort by dropdown menu.

Step 4: A pop-up window will appear, displaying all the sorting options, such as Latest to Oldest, Caller Name, and Users from A–Z or Z–A. This allows you to organize your call or voicemail list according to your preferred order for easier review and management.

Step 6: This will rearrange the call or voicemail list alphabetically by user, making it easier to locate specific contacts.

Step 7: Now, let’s clear the sorting filter. To do this, click the X mark.

Step 8: This will clear the sorting and display the full Call Log, showing all call activities without restrictions.
