Use the AI Features in Email

Overview:
The AI features in the Email editor help you generate, edit, and improve email content quickly. These tools allow you to create messages with AI assistance and use shortcuts to refine tone, clarity, and length.

Follow the steps below to use the AI features in the Messages module.

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Messages tab under the Communications section.

Step 4: From this section, you can find the Ask AI button. This feature helps users instantly generate email compositions or anything they ask for.

Step 6: To begin using the Ask AI feature, hover your mouse over it and click.

Step 7: A small pop-up window will appear. From here, you can ask AI for something you want to create or learn about.

Step 8: Let’s say you ask AI to create an email. Once you’ve entered the command, click on the Generate button.

Step 9: The AI will then generate the email you requested. From here, you can ask AI to edit the generated email or generate a new one by clicking the Try Again button. You can also choose to either discard or insert the generated email.

Step 10: Click the Insert button to use the generated email.

Step 13: A pop-up window will appear, showing all the options, such as Summarize Content, Improve Writing, Simplify Language, Expand Upon, Trim Content, and Change Tone and Style.
