Import Contacts with an existing List

Overview: 

This feature allows users to import contacts directly into an existing list, ensuring they are added to the correct group without creating a new one. It helps maintain organized data and makes it easier to manage and update contacts within established lists.

Follow these steps to import contacts with an existing list: 

Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.

Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate to the Settings page.

Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Click on Lists to continue.

Step 5: To import contacts to an existing list, click the add to Existing ” button below the existing list.

Step 6: Choose a list, then click Next.

Step 9: You can now map and match your columns to the list columns.

Step 10: You can also customize the fields and assign a user.

Step 12: You can also apply tags to everyone in the list. Then just click the next button.

Step 13: A notification will appear saying that the import is in progress. Wait for it to finish.

Step 14: You will now see the imported contacts in the selected existing list.
