Overview: 

Manage Subscription allows users to view and update subscription details for a customer. This includes modifying plans, billing cycles, payment methods, or canceling subscriptions, helping ensure subscriptions remain accurate and aligned with customer needs.

Follow these steps to manage a subscription: 

Step 1: On your dashboard, navigate to the Orders tab under the Sales section and click on it.

Step 3: Select an existing product, then click on it.

Step 5: Scroll down to the Subscription Summary and the Manage Subscription button.

Step 6: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to pause your subscription. You can set the duration in months or years by clicking the – / + icons. Note that customers can pause only once within a 12-month cycle.

Step 7: To cancel the subscription, click the Cancel button next to the Pause button to proceed.

Step 8: It will display the available options to cancel your subscription. You can cancel immediately, at the next billing period, or on a specific date.
