Overview: 

Managing card expiration settings allows you to configure how and when payment cards or gift cards expire. This helps ensure accurate billing, maintain security, and notify customers appropriately about upcoming or past-due expirations.

Follow these steps to manage card expiration settings:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Sales section.

Step 2: Click on the Settings tab under the Sales section to navigate.

Step 3: Click on the Card Expiry Option.

Step 4: You can now set card expiration settings. Choose Don’t send notification, Send notification, or Send notification with Customer Hub link and Card Updater.

Step 5: For the last two options, you can apply a trigger by clicking the purple bolt icon.

Step 6: A side panel will open where you can enter trigger details. When the card is expiring in less than 30 days, you can add the customer to a pipeline or stage.

Step 7: You can also add additional actions to the trigger, such as sending an email or SMS reply, applying or removing tags, assigning a user, sending a webhook, or creating notes or tasks. When done, click Done to save your trigger.
