Overview:
Managing Columns in List View allows users to customize which columns are displayed in the list layout. This helps users focus on the most relevant information—such as file name, type, size, or upload date—making it easier to organize, review, and manage media files efficiently.
Follow these steps to manage columns in List View:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the All Media tab under the Marketing section.
Step 2: You will then be taken to the All Media page.
Step 3: Click on List View to proceed.
Step 4: You will then be navigated to the All Media List View.
Step 5: To manage the columns, click the Columns tab above the media preview.
Step 6: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to toggle the switches on or off to display the columns.
Step 7: Take note that you must have at least 5 columns displayed.
Step 8: You can arrange the columns by clicking and holding them, then dragging up or down and dropping them into place.
Step 9: After arranging the columns, click on Done to save your changes.
Step 10: It will display the updated columns along with a pop-up confirmation window.
