Overview:
Managing fulfillment allows you to oversee the process of preparing, packing, and delivering orders to customers. This includes tracking order status, updating shipment details, and ensuring timely delivery, which helps maintain customer satisfaction and efficient operations.
Follow these steps to manage fulfillment:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Sales section.
Step 2: Click on the Settings tab under the Sales section to navigate.
Step 3: Click on the Fulfillment option.
Step 4: Here you will see the shipping options. You can configure the shipping options available for this region. These options are used when fulfilling orders to customers.
Step 5: Below, you will see the return shipping options. Configure the return shipping options for this region. These options are used when a customer requests to return an order and needs to send the items back.
Step 6: For both the shipping option and return shipping option, you can edit or delete them by clicking the three-dot menu.
Step 7: If you want to add a shipping option or a return shipping option, click the three-dot menu in each section. Then select Add Shipping Option or Add Return Shipping Option.
Step 8: A pop-up will appear where you can enable or disable shipping option visibility in the store. Enter the title, price type, price, shipping profile, and fulfillment method, and set requirements such as minimum and maximum subtotal, metadata key, and value. Then click Save and Close.
