Overview:
Managing partner onboarding SMS allows you to create, edit, and organize SMS messages used during the partner onboarding process. This helps ensure clear, consistent communication with new partners and improves the efficiency of onboarding workflows.
Follow these steps to manage partner onboarding SMS:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Scroll down and click on Templates to continue.
Step 4: You will then be redirected to the Templates section, where you will be in the Text Templates section by default.
Step 5: Click on Partner Onboarding SMS to navigate.
Step 6: You will then be redirected to the Partner Onboarding SMS section.
Step 7: To configure your virtual card, click Edit vCard above to proceed.
Step 8: You will then be prompted to fill in the data fields. Once all is set, click Save to apply the changes.
Step 9: You can also add a message by clicking the Add SMS Message button.
Step 10: You can then choose from the dropdown menu. You may also remove the added SMS message as needed.
Step 11: Click Save once you have finished setting up.
Step 12: A pop-up notification will confirm the action.
