Overview:
Managing payments allows you to configure, monitor, and process transactions for your store, including setting up payment methods, tracking payments, and handling refunds or disputes. This ensures smooth financial operations and a secure checkout experience for customers.
Follow these steps to manage payments:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Sales section and click on Settings.
Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Ecommerce Settings tab.
Step 3: Click on Payments to navigate.
Step 4: You will then be taken to the Payments section.
Step 5: You can toggle the available payment methods switch on or off to enable or disable them in the offline cash payment methods dropdown menu.
Step 6: Click + Add Another Offline Payment Method to create a new option. You can also manage the template from here.
Step 7: You can connect other payment methods within the CRM, such as Authorize.net, NMI, Stripe, Dejavoo, Clover, and Paya.
Step 8: To set the selected payment method, click the three-dot menu. A pop-up window will appear where you can select Set as Active to make it your online payment method.
