Managing Reminders for Notes lets you set, edit, or remove reminders linked to your notes. This helps you stay on top of important tasks, follow-ups, or deadlines, ensuring nothing is missed.

Follow these steps to manage reminders for notes:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Notes tab under the Customers section.

Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Notes section.

Step 3: To set a reminder for your note, hover over the selected note to display the tab, then click Set Reminder.

Step 4: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to set up your reminder.

Step 5: You can set the date and time, and you can also choose an end repeat date. To add an SMS alert, toggle the switch on.
