Overview:
Managing SMS settings allows you to configure how text messages are sent and received within the system. This includes setting up SMS preferences, integrations, and delivery options to ensure effective and timely communication.
Follow these steps to manage SMS settings:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Click on Communications Settings to continue.
Step 4: You will be taken to the Communications Settings.
Step 5: Click on SMS Settings to access the section.
Step 6: You will be redirected to the Communication SMS Settings.
Step 7: You can enable the Invite & Reminder SMS tab, which displays invite and reminder messages in the communication thread, as well as SMS Compliance Mode. Next is the Away Message, which is an automatic follow-up message sent when a message is received while you are away.
Step 8: Once everything is set, click Update to save and apply the changes.
Step 9: A pop-up notification will appear to confirm that the SMS settings have been updated successfully.
