Overview:
Message icons help identify how a message was sent or triggered within the Messages module. Understanding these icons allows you to quickly recognize whether a message was sent via SMS, email, campaigns, triggers, or scheduled delivery.
Follow the steps below to understand the message icons in the Messages module.
Step 1: The SMS icon indicates that the message was sent via SMS.
Step 2: The Email icon signifies that the message was delivered via email.
Step 3: The Green Arrows mark messages that were sent through Campaigns.
Step 4: The Lightning Bolt icon represents messages sent via Triggers.
Step 5: Lastly, messages marked with the Yellow Calendar icon were sent at a scheduled time.
