Overview: 
To move contacts to another pipeline or stage in Horizontal View, select the contacts and assign them to the desired stage or pipeline. This helps maintain organized workflows and ensures contacts progress accurately through each stage.

Follow these steps to move contacts to another pipeline or stage in Horizontal View:

Step 1: From the selected pipeline, you will see a navigation button above the stage on the right-hand side.

Step 2: Hover over and click the Horizontal View button.

Step 3: You will then be navigated to the Horizontal View. From here, you can move contacts to a different pipeline or stage in multiple ways.

Step 4: The first method is to click the three-dot menu of the selected stage.

Step 5: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to click ‘Move Contacts’.

Step 6: A new pop-up window will appear, prompting you to select a pipeline destination or a stage. You can also view the total number of selected contacts at the top right-hand corner. Once you’ve finished configuring, click Done to save your changes.

Step 9: A pop-up window will appear where you can configure the transfer. You can choose a new pipeline or keep the contacts in the current pipeline and move them to a different stage only.

Step 10: When finished, click Done to transfer the selected contact.
