Overview: 

To save a Smart View within a pipeline stage, apply your desired filters and save the view for future use. This helps you quickly access frequently used filtered views and manage pipeline stages more efficiently.

Follow these steps to save a Smart View within a pipeline stage:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Pipelines tab under the Customers section.

Step 3: Select a pipeline, then click on it to proceed.

Step 5: To enable the Save Smart View feature, you need to make some adjustments first, as this feature applies to a non-default view. Any filtering changes will work.

Step 6: Once the filter results are displayed, click the three-dot menu to proceed.

Step 7: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to access the Smart Views menu.

Step 8: Click on Save Smart View.

Step 11: A pop-up notification will appear at the bottom of your screen, confirming that the new Smart View has been saved successfully.

Step 12: You can now use the newly created Smart View to quickly access the contacts or records you filtered and saved, without having to reapply the filters. You can also edit or delete your saved Smart Views as needed.
