Overview:
Share Media (Card and List View) allows users to quickly share media files directly from the media library using either the Card View or List View layout. This feature enables users to generate or copy a shareable link, making it easy to distribute images, videos, or documents with others.
Follow these steps to share media (Card and List View):
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the All Media tab under the Marketing section.
Step 2: You will then be taken to the All Media page.
Step 3: Hover over the selected media to reveal the share icon, then click on it.
Step 4: A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to copy the media link and embed code. You can also open the media in a new page by clicking the Open Link button above.
Step 5: You can also download the media QR code by clicking the QR Code button next to the Link button.
Step 6: Navigate to the All Media List View by clicking the List View button.
Step 7: You will then be navigated to the All Media List View.
Step 8: Select a media item, then click the Share button next to the Pin button.
Step 9: The same pop-up window will appear, prompting you to copy the link.
