Overview:
Twilio integration allows you to connect the system with Twilio’s communication services to enable sending and receiving SMS messages, calls, and other communication features. This helps improve messaging automation, reliability, and overall communication efficiency within the platform.
Follow these steps to set up Twilio integration:
Step 1: On your dashboard, click the user dropdown menu in the top-right corner.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, click Settings to navigate.
Step 3: You will then be taken to the Settings page. Scroll down and click on Integrations to continue.
Step 4: You will then be redirected to the Integrations section.
Step 5: To connect your Twilio account, just click on the pencil icon to add it.
Step 6: A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, API SID, API Secret, and TwiML App SID. Click Authenticate Keys to verify your Twilio account connection.
Step 7: You can also configure which countries are allowed to send and receive SMS messages through this account via Twilio.
Step 8: Once everything is set and verified, click Done to save and apply the changes.
