Step 1: Understand Users (Your Internal Team)

Users are the people inside your business using Deposyt daily.

They include:

• Admins
• Sales reps
• Support team
• Operations staff

Users can:

• Manage contacts and pipelines
• Send invoices and process payments
• Use the Virtual Terminal
• Communicate with customers
• Assign partners or affiliates to sales

Important:
Users do not earn commissions automatically.

If you want a user (like a closer) to earn:

• You must assign them to the sale
• Or track internal commissions separately
