Overview:
Unpublishing an existing discount allows you to deactivate a promotion without deleting it. This helps you temporarily remove a discount from being applied to orders while retaining the option to reactivate or edit it later.
Follow these steps to unpublish an existing discount:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, scroll down to the Sales section and click on Discounts.
Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Discount Codes.
Step 3: Select an existing discount, then click the three-dot menu.
Step 4: Click Unpublish from the dropdown menu to proceed.
Step 5: A pop-up window will appear, confirming that the discount has been unpublished successfully.
