Overview:
Viewing gift card analytics allows you to track performance metrics such as sales, redemptions, and customer usage. This helps you understand trends, measure the effectiveness of gift card promotions, and make informed business decisions.
Follow these steps to view gift card analytics:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Gift Cards tab under the Sales section.
Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Gift Cards tab.
Step 3: Hover your mouse over and click the Gift Card Analytics button to proceed.
Step 4: You will then be navigated to the Gift Card Analytics page, where you can view the analytics and set a date range for Gift Cards Issued to filter the data.
