Overview:
Viewing orders allows you to access a complete list of customer purchases, including order details, status, payment information, and fulfillment progress. This helps you track sales, manage shipments, and monitor overall business performance efficiently.
Follow these steps to view orders:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Gift Cards tab under the Sales section.
Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Gift Cards tab.
Step 3: Click the Orders button to view all orders containing gift cards.
Step 4: You are now viewing the orders with gift cards. You can filter them by Order Date and Created By. There is also a Delete option in the three-dot menu for each order.
