Overview:
Viewing refunded invoices allows you to see all invoices for which payments have been returned to customers. This helps you track refunds, monitor customer transactions, and maintain accurate financial records.
Follow these steps to view refunded invoices:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Invoices tab under the Sales section.
Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Invoices tab.
Step 3: Click the Refunded button next to the Paid button. Your view will now display all Refunded Invoices.
