View Upsells

Overview:

The View Upsells feature allows users to see additional products or services offered to customers alongside their primary purchases. It helps track upsell opportunities, monitor customer engagement, and analyze which offers are performing best, enabling more effective sales strategies.

Follow these steps to view upsells: 

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Orders tab under the Sales section.

Step 3: By default, the All Orders tab is displayed. Click the Upsells button to view Upsell orders. Here, you can see the Order ID, Customer Name, Total Amount, Number of Items, Tier, Order Date, Payment Method, and Pay Status.
