Overview:
View Virtual Terminal allows users to access the platform’s virtual terminal for processing payments manually. This feature enables users to enter payment details, manage transactions, and track payment status directly from the dashboard.
Follow these steps to view the Virtual Terminal:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Orders tab under the Sales section.
Step 2: You will then be navigated to the Orders tab.
Step 3: By default, the All Orders tab is displayed. Click the Virtual Terminal button to Virtual Terminal. Here, you can see Order ID, Customer Name, Total Amount, Number of Items, Order Date, Payment Method, and Pay Status.
