Viewing All Notes with Reminders

Viewing All Notes with Reminders lets you see notes that include scheduled reminders in one place. This helps you keep track of important follow-ups and ensures that time-sensitive tasks or updates are not missed.

Follow these steps to view all notes with reminders:

Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Notes tab under the Customers section.

Step 2: Click the ‘w/ Reminders’ button on the side menu.

Step 3: Alternatively, you can click the ‘w/Reminders’ button next to the ‘w/Replies’ button to filter all notes with reminders.
