Overview:
Viewing All Notes with Replies lets you see notes that have responses or follow-up comments from other users. This helps you track discussions, review updates, and stay informed about ongoing communication related to specific notes.
Follow these steps to view all notes with replies:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Notes tab under the Customers section.
Step 2: Click the ‘w/ Replies’ button on the side menu.
Step 3: Alternatively, you can click the ‘w/Replies’ button next to the ‘w/Reminders’ button to filter all notes with replies.
