Overview:
Viewing campaign replies allows you to see responses from recipients who interacted with your campaign messages. This helps you monitor engagement, follow up with contacts, and evaluate the effectiveness of your messaging.
Follow these steps to view campaign replies:
Step 1: On your Dashboard, navigate to the Campaigns tab under the Marketing section.
Step 2: You will then be navigated to Campaigns.
Step 3: Click on the See Replies button to proceed.
Step 4: You will then be navigated to the Campaign Details Overview: Total Responses.
